For over eight years, this proprietary risk purchasing group has afforded its members access to high limits of umbrella liability coverage at bulk discounted pricing. Coverage increments are as follows:

• $25,000,000
• $50,000,000
• $75,000,000
• $100,000,000

Each member receives their own desired limit for each property enrolled in the program. The policy provides excess coverage over:

• Primary General Liability
• Primary Directors & Officers Liability
• Employers Liability
• Automobile Liability (including owned, non-owned and hired car)

The policy will also extend to the following exposures if they are covered in the primary policy:

• Lead Paint**
• Mold**
